Nicholas Moreno serves as Of Counsel to Stevens LC. He maintains an independent legal practice and works with Stevens LC attorneys on selected matters involving complex legal research, briefing, and written advocacy.

Nicholas is an experienced appellate attorney whose practice focuses on sophisticated legal writing, complex briefing, and appeals. He earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School and his B.A. from Stanford University.

Following law school, Nicholas practiced at Kabateck Brown Kellner LLP before serving as an attorney with the California Court of Appeal. His experience at the Court of Appeal provides him with a distinctive perspective on appellate advocacy and the development and presentation of complex legal arguments.

Nicholas brings particular strength to dispositive motions, appellate briefs, and other significant written advocacy. He works with Stevens LC attorneys in developing and refining legal arguments at both the trial and appellate levels.
